UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY
Christmas in the year 2000 is a unique historic event to produce the best music from the best choirs and ensembles in the Eastern Townships. Noël 2000 will mark the new millennium and will be available to the public in the months leading up to Christmas 2000 and for many Christmases to come.



NOËL 2000 OBJECTIVES
To publish a CD of enjoyable Christmas music from the Townships, which reflects its uniqueness and represents the great variety of music available here;
To promote the choirs and ensembles of the Townships;
To promote the Townships;
To recognize and promote the harmony that has always existed among its people, a harmony that has nurtured and strengthened its music, art and culture;
To create through the sponsorship and sale of this disc a fund that will be used to support the ensembles and choirs of the region. Noël 2000 will be produced by Promomuse, a nonprofit organization. All funds generated will be donated to various musical and cultural groups and events in the Eastern Townships.



SUPPORT PROGRAM
Noël 2000 needs the support and the help of Patrons and Friends like you, that are interested in promoting the Townships, and its cultural, musical, linguistic and economic diversity and potential.


CONTRIBUTION:

Patrons: $200 -$1,000
Friends: $25 - $199

Payable before May 1st, 2000. An appropriate tax receipt will be issued.


WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:
  • 1 CD per $25 of contribution;
  • Your name on the Noël 2000 brochure to be included in the CD;
  • Special invitations to all events related to Noël 2000.


HOW YOU CAN USE THE CD's
The Noël 2000 CD's can be used as a thoughtful gift to employees, friends and acquaintances, that will be treasured for years.


PROMOTIONAL SUPPORT
The production of Noël 2000 will be filmed by Cable Axion, a major cable service provider in the Eastern Townships and prominently shown on the Community Network. These programs will also be offered to the other Cable Service providers for viewing on their community channels.
