EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
NOËL 2000
A unique musical and cultural celebration of Christmas 2000 by the best choirs and ensembles in the Eastern Townships, produced in compact disc (CD) and tape format.
WHY?
To promote and support the musical arts in the Townships;
To promote our region throughout the country;
To recognize and promote the harmony and solidarity that has always existed between the two major cultural groups in the Townships.
WHEN?
Will be available for the Christmas season in the year 2000.
PRODUCER
Donald Patriquin and associates through Promomuse.
CHOIR
Twelve choirs and ensembles from our great Eastern Townships.
SPONSORSHIP
Limited number of Corporate Sponsors as well as Patrons and Friends.
VALUE
For Corporate Sponsors, $2,500 in two equal payments:
- $1,250 by December 1, 1999;
- $1,250 by May 1, 2000.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:
- 100 CD's valued at $20 ($19.99);
- Corporate message on the Noël 2000 brochure;
- Corporate logo on the CD jacket; Corporate name and logo displayed at all public events: Concerts, recordings, launch;
- Right to purchase additional CD's at $10;
- Press coverage in local radio, TV, newspapers and TV community channels such as Cable Axion, a cable service provider.
