NOËL 2000

MAJOR MILESTONES
The Noël 2000 team has been on the project since January, 1999 with great energy and enthusiasm. Major milestones have already been achieved, such as the:
  • Signing of eleven major choirs and ensembles;
  • Choice of music and carols;
  • Choice and signing of the production facilities;
  • Artwork for the cover of the CD;
  • Choice of recording venues;
  • Recruitment of an excellent recording engineer and editing facilities.

ACTION PLAN FOR NOËL 2000
The following are the major steps or activities that will be accomplished in the coming months:

October 1999 Finalize promotional support with major cable companies;
Nov. 1999/April 2000 Recording sessions for all choirs and ensembles;
December 1999 Finalize sponsorship agreements;
Spring 2000 Finalize distribution agreements;
Summer 2000 Finalize production of CD's and print materials;
Late Summer/Fall 2000 Launch P.R. and promotion campaign;
November 2000 Noël 2000 Launching:
- concerts;
- public relations;
- receptions.
