THE FIRST RESPONDERS’ MANDATE
The first responders’ objective is to reduce the response time for citizens who require emergency care. The main goal is to reduce the risk of injury and fatality caused by emergency situations, such as severe traumas. In order to perform the required tasks, the first responder must be trained and designated to respond to pre-defined operational protocols. These protocols limits the field of activity related to the first responders tasks.
